Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Blockplay's AI-powered crypto trading services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using Blockplay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
- Safeguard your credentials and verification codes; do not share them.
- Do not create or use accounts on behalf of another person without authorization.
- Comply with applicable laws and exchange policies.
3. Service Overview and Risk Notice
Blockplay provides AI-assisted strategy tools, analytics, and automation that can help you manage trades on third-party exchanges. The Service does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
- Market volatility may cause rapid losses.
- Model or system errors can occur.
- Third-party exchanges or networks may experience outages or delays.
4. Exchange Connections and API Permissions
To use trading features, you may connect exchange accounts via API keys. You represent that you own or have authority to use the connected accounts.
- Use trading-only permissions whenever possible and do not grant withdrawal permissions.
- We may store API keys in encrypted form to operate the Service.
- You can revoke API access at any time through your exchange or the Service.
5. AIPoint (APT) and Billing
AIPoint (APT) is an internal usage credit used to pay for AI model calls and related services. AIPoint is not legal tender, not a stored-value account, and does not earn interest.
The conversion rate between USDT and AIPoint, applicable fees, and minimums are displayed in the product and may change from time to time.
- Charges accrue when AI tasks are executed, including prompt and completion usage.
- If your AIPoint balance is insufficient, strategies or features may pause or stop.
- We may apply pricing multipliers or adjustments to reflect service costs and platform fees.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees
Deposits and withdrawals are supported in USDT on the networks shown in the Service (such as ERC20, BEP20, and TRC20). Blockchain confirmations and network fees apply.
Transfers sent to the wrong address or network may be irreversible. You are responsible for selecting the correct chain and address.
- We may apply minimums, maximums, review thresholds, and cooldowns for withdrawals.
- We may delay or reject transactions for security, compliance, or risk reasons.
- You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations.
7. Referral Program
If you participate in the referral program, you may receive AIPoint rewards based on qualifying activity by invited users.
- Invite codes are bound once and cannot be changed or re-bound.
- Self-referral, abuse, or fraudulent activity is prohibited and may result in reward forfeiture.
- Reward rates and eligibility rules may change or be suspended at any time.
8. Bidding Center
The Bidding Center is an optional promotional activity where users reserve seats with a USDT deposit for a chance to receive AIPoint rewards. The rules for each room are displayed in the Service.
- Seat deposits may be locked until the round completes or the leave window is available.
- Winners and participants receive rewards according to the stated distribution rules.
- We may cancel, void, or re-run rounds in case of abuse, technical errors, or compliance concerns.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Violating laws or regulations or infringing others' rights.
- Market manipulation, fraud, or abusive trading behavior.
- Circumventing security controls or accessing the Service without authorization.
- Reverse engineering or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Using bots or automation to abuse promotions or referrals.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Pricing, features, and policies may change, and we will provide notice where practicable.
11. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, and content, belong to Blockplay or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
12. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
- We may freeze withdrawals during investigations or compliance reviews.
- Certain obligations (such as fees, disputes, and compliance) survive termination.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockplay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Blockplay is established, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
